I've had a knack for it ever since, from those front-door pitches to walking into local businesses as a teenager, offering to shoot photography and video for whatever change they'd give me.
About three years ago I turned that instinct into a company. We started out selling for automotive businesses, then moved into contracting, where I could see we'd make the biggest difference. It hasn't been a straight line. We've been through a lot of trial and error and gone head to head with every kind of agency out there.
Through all of it, one thing stayed the same: we kept proving to the companies we work with that we're the best partner they'll ever have. That's why most of them never leave. Around 90 to 95% of the contractors who sign on with us stay with us, and that number is the thing I'm most proud of.
