Booked Then Built puts qualified, confirmed homeowners on your calendar. You pay $345 per attended appointment, nothing until they show.
Our story
We started three years ago working with auto dealers, helping them grow their sales. When we moved into contracting, everything clicked. Roofers, remodelers, window companies. The trades where a single booked job is worth real money and a full calendar changes the entire business.
The problem we kept seeing was the same across every market: good contractors wasting money on shared leads that went to five other companies and went cold within hours. So we built Pay Per Appointment. You pay $345 when a qualified homeowner shows up. Nothing before that.
We work with contractors doing $5M to $50M a year across the US. Companies you've heard of. When you work with us, your competitors feel it.

I grew up in Australia selling cookies door to door, then doing photography for local businesses as a teenager just to make some money. Marketing always came naturally, figuring out what people want and finding the right way to reach them.
When we started this company three years ago, we tried a few different industries. Auto dealers, a few others. But contracting is where everything clicked. The jobs are big, the stakes are real, and most companies in the space are still running on referrals and hope.
Now we work with some of the largest contractors in the country. The ones who are serious about growth, and about not letting their competitors have an easy run.

I came from tech, then got into home improvement sales. In two years I helped scale a contracting company from under $1 million to $10 million a year in revenue. I built out the sales team, ran the playbook, and closed $3.5 million in revenue myself in the final year alone, stucco, T1-11 siding, James Hardie fiber cement, Sherwin-Williams exterior paints, Milgard windows, ThermaTrue front doors, drywall, fascia replacement, patio work. You name it.
I've run a dozen home shows, managed canvassing and door-knocking teams, worked radio leads, print magazine, Angie's leads, every channel that exists in this space. I built the sales presentations from scratch and integrated the software that made the team actually run.
I'm also building RevCore Pro — the first all-in-one software built specifically for contractors. Nobody in this industry has the combination of hands-on field experience and marketing infrastructure that we bring. When we talk about your sales floor, we've actually stood on it.
