Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website bookedthenbuilt.com or any services provided by Booked Then Built (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Booked Then Built provides appointment generation services for home improvement contractors, including but not limited to:
- Pay Per Appointment — We market to homeowners, qualify leads, and book confirmed appointments onto your calendar. You pay $345 per attended, qualified appointment.
- Website & SEO — Custom-coded websites designed for home improvement contractors, including service-area pages and SEO optimization.
Specific terms for each service engagement are outlined in a separate Scope of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for home improvement contractors and business owners operating in the United States. By using our website or engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business, and are operating a legitimate home improvement business.
3. Pay Per Appointment — key terms
- Billing. You are charged $345 per appointment where the homeowner attends the scheduled meeting with your representative. No-shows are not charged.
- Setup fee. A one-time setup fee of $2,850 is required before campaigns begin. This covers campaign build-out, qualification flow setup, and onboarding. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Qualified appointment definition. An appointment is considered qualified when the homeowner has been screened against agreed-upon criteria (trade type, property ownership, intent, location) and has confirmed the appointment via reminder.
- Disputes. Any dispute regarding whether an appointment qualifies must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time via email to hello@bookedthenbuilt.com.
- No guarantees of volume. We do not guarantee a specific number of appointments per month. Volume depends on market conditions, ad spend, trade, and geography.
4. Website & SEO — key terms
- Project scope. All website projects are governed by a signed Scope of Work outlining deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule.
- Lead volume. Projected lead ranges (e.g., 20–75+ leads per month) are estimates based on market conditions, competition, ad budget, and geographic factors. They are not guarantees.
- Ownership. Upon full payment, you own the final website and all custom content created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-party tools. Your website may rely on third-party services (hosting, CRM integrations, etc.). You are responsible for any fees associated with those services.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms for each engagement are specified in your Service Agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at a rate of 1.5% per month. All fees are in US dollars.
6. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the signed Service Agreement. The setup fee for Pay Per Appointment is non-refundable once campaigns have launched. Any appointments booked prior to cancellation remain billable.
